Customer Satisfaction?

If you do business, any business… the main goal (besides making tons and tons of money) is of course, customer satisfaction.

You must make sure that each customer is happy with the service or the product that you are offering.

At InnerChild, we super try to provide the best service for each person who rent and do games or chat or surf.. we ask them if they need any other service or if they have suggestions to improve the service that we provide.

That is how we do business….

Don’t do it like the guy who clean and recharge the freon for our starex van… poor poor poor.

It took me 2 transaction to perfect the things that i want.. that is, i assume that it’s fixed.

The first one was last May 28.. then I have to bring it back again last week (only manage to do it yesterday) since the first job is a flop!

And each service costs me the same full amount! Mukang pera.
